Bearing in mind that this figure is outside a typical day's range, where should one put stops (either for entering long or exiting a short) to make use of any "crital point"?

Should the Euro close up 100 today for example, I would imagine that the "critical point" will move with it, thus invalidating it for any use in any daily session?
