Doc, that depends on what you do & if the new cap is on everyone. The article stated it was on all but a friend called them to complain & they said it was for new customers but I wonder if it was because he was really upset.
I dont know how much our trading software with streaming quotes would take up of our quota. Do you know about this Lee?
It would affect everyone who does much webstreaming. Things like Netflix (which I do), youtube, watching tv programs live, etc. The cap includes upload & downloading so that is everything that is done online period. Sending pictures by email, vonage,skype, etc.
I am a high user so I may need to switch to local cable which has no limit, so far.
