Coral: global warming won't destroy earth. But it may very well put a dent in the human population...remains to be seen. I'm not a climate guy - i'm a meteorologist. I've looked at daily records of weather data on-the-job for 23 years and I can assure you the data is not bogus. There is still some uncertainty...not much... as to the cause of warming but I can also assure you the planet has been getting warmer for the last 30 years and to deny that is willful blindness. This will create change. Change in the patterns of precipitation and storms, changes in the frequency of heatwaves and changes in vegetation. It may be a bit self serving of me to try and use this information for profit, but it's out there, it's a free country, and i'm going to use what I can determine for myself is credibile. If you don't believe evidence because you think there's a vast climate conspiracy at work, then, in my opinion, it will cost you. Cheers.
