That computer is due for an "oil change" !!!!
But as I mentioned I don't use it for anything else beyond Ox. I do not "surf the internet" at all on it beyond an occasional connection to the Forum to test/check something like when the Forum s/w was updated.

I have the "Vipre" antivirus which seems to be effective, but I keep it "disabled" and run it manually every few weeks as it can really screw me up if it starts running or downloading updates while trying to trade.

I'll look into the other s/w you mention, but most try to run on their schedule and I get tired of fighting "their schedule" so I don't use the computer for anything else. Don't need it, work on another, and just dedicate this machine to trading.

The approach works well, I can do all of my other work and keep an eye on the trading. If something starts to happen "I quit work, and pay attention to the trading" !!!!
