It probably is thier servers then. They have more business than they were originally designed to handle.
I am currently using e-signal, with no issues. However, I am using thier delayed on demand version, because my broker has thier own proprietary chart software. I use the cheap e-signal to replace the old futuresource.com website when I do my morning market searches because I can open up a large numbers of charts. It's cheaper to do it that way, than upgrade to my brokers Gold charting software.
I just use thier basic real time streaming quotes/charts for the couple actual markets I will be trading. All the ones I am just watching are in E-signal.
The e-signal, can trade right off the charts with a a lot of brokers. I'd use it if mine would get set up to be compatible.
