She's still a very sick puppy Lee. Price is spending a lot of time under the 4.00 channel lows support. Doesn't look like there is any support left there. Only clearing 4.15 would 'suggest' something more on the upside. Until then it's not looking good at all. And there is normal contango on all the contracts so no strong price support on the front months. Nothing much good to say about it really. Sept still has the highest volume for trading and is double the Oct contract but the October and November contracts have far more open interest so traders are looking way down the road on NG and only day trading the Sept contract it seems. Seasonal strength could possibly kick in late this month/early Sept but price action will show this 'if and when' that is going to happen. Would need price to re-clear 4.00 and clear 4.15 to suggest strength of even a 1/2 decent rally ahead. ZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz boring market to trade. Hard to believe Nat Gas would have ever become this boring.
