Hal,
I check his site from time to time and find his calls a bit wacky! Concluded that it wasn't worth following - but thought that it might interest you.

I've been day trading Oil using SCO/UCO. Today, I managed to grab 1.34 by trading both sides. SCO on the open - and UCO off the 11:00 bounce. This is the only strategy that works for me at this point. I'm not interested in swing trading it - just too many wild cards out there.

Did you happen to notice the flash rally (opposite to "flash crash") in SMB on the 28th? It spiked up over 40% in less than a minute from 17.84 - to 25.50, then back down to 17.80. It closed at 17.80. Lots of buy stops hit - a lot of those still holding at the higher price.
