Usually, the rule is to buy on a re-test of the b/o - but often these ETF's don't play that game (especially the leveraged ones). I was also watching the reaction to the weakness in stocks today to give me an indication as to strength of this move. So far, still holding up. I may buy more TBT near the close - depends on the action.
TBF is a buck away from resistance - TBT is having an inside day today.....
