SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Natural-gas futures added to losses on Thursday after a weekly inventories report came within expectations. Natural gas for May delivery (ngk12) traded 3 cents lower, or 1.5%, to $1.922 per million British thermal units. It had traded at $1.949 before the report. The Energy Information Administration reported an increase of 25 billion cubic feet in supplies of natural gas for the week ended April 13. Analysts surveyed by Platts had expected natural gas in storage to rise between 24 billion cubic feet and 28 bcf for the week.
