collects some cash from me each month and now has leaned way left in its HRC support.

Thinking it's time to cut off some of their cash flow.

I prefer my news "unbiased."

I had the $25 a month plan for a long time...then, I tried to send my laptop in for free service, as that is advertised, and they wanted $100 to "set up the plan." LOL! I cut 'em back to $6.99 and told them they just lost one of their first customers. Last month they asked if they could raise my rates...and I said "NO!"...they said OK.

Strange model they're running.
