the thing about these big established companies is they are cash cows because they have huge market share, and it's so hard to try to start from the ground up to compete with them. You can't beat 'em so you gotta' buy 'em. Or wait for a market crash, and then buy them. Same thing w/ the S&P 500

But show some hobbiest, trader-wannabee a chart of these and the first thing they say is "let's short it"
