I always thought the forks were, for the lack of a better word, incomplete and showed lack of understanding for what, I think, they made a poor representation of. That being the regression and progression along a baseline of parallel trend lines. Huh?

Yes...you have a current trend line...you can regress them(go backwards in time) or progress them(go forward in time) along the last basing action of price that the current trend line emanated from.

I probably did not hold back in expressing my lack of enthusiasm for such things and can, in fact, remember not. haha
