Fear sells insurance. That is the theme of every pitch made by the industry. The limits you feel you must have are the result of scumbag attorneys and jurors who have no sense (if they knew that they all pay higher premiums to fund these incredible awards, they might become more realistic).

Insurance is a racket. It's cheaper for neighbors to help neighbors. Cut out the fluff. Actually, the money should be printed out of thin air like DOD requests are handled. Don't you just love it when an ignorant savage Repub says "Wah, wah...my taxes pay for this or that". Everybody knows taxes don't nearly pay this country's bills. My only question is why people don't want to get rid of interest bearing FRS currency and bring back the Red Seals. Such a simple concept that is so unappreciated. Why pay unearned interest at all? Completely unnecessary.

If Japan's meltdown reactors blow, no amount of insurance will get you treatment because the industry will be teats up before the first dime is used for your benefit. It's a mirage. I'm far more worried about Japan's underground nukes than Russia's. If DC runs to the Greenbriar, etc., such gatherings of sociopaths with so little to prey on except themselves would be quite an entertaining spectacle, though.

I must say, the "news" inspired fear has been a staple in our diet for all of my 66 years. And, I should have ignored it and just lived my life. It is just Satan talking. The "leaders" built their out-of-the-way retreats back in the 50's fearing a Russian invasion. Who benefits from inoculating us with this meme throughout history? That's who needs to be pushed forward for us to get a good look at....through a good Nikon optic....
