I think it's been about three years since I have visited Lakewood. I looked at some of the lakeside condos .. back in '09 when they couldn't even give them away. Picked one up .. full lake view .. not big ... around 1150 square feet, but the maintenance fees went to the sky, back in '11 .. so it was off the books in early '12. I don't think that I have done anything more than drive by it, on I90, any time since. So, my how time flies .. it's been around five years since I visited that locale.

Probably should break out my high heeled sneakers and pay that city a visit.
