That is true, I've been saying that in here for years...he probably stole that from me, too!

Price is always in a range...whether it be the all time high to the all time low(the grand range) or some other smaller range within the grand range...with the exception being when an old grand range is being expanded with either new all time highs or lows. When a grand range is established it's just a matter of where, within that grand range, price is that should determine ones best guess as to where the next move should go(if one is into predicting such things). Some might contend Gann predicated his market prediction based on the division of said Grand Range(not what he called it) by odd and even numbers in order to obtain likely points of interest...much in the fashion he describes dividing the circle by odd and even numbers.
