The eleven large was not a fine. It's restitution (repayment) of stolen funds .... This whole affair seems somewhat confusing. Her bodyguard (gigolo/male escort) agreed to paying restitution of $45,000.00. Supposedly, he ran up significant "overtime" that he claimed, when he was sleeping with her. She was responsible for an additional eleven thousand. So, she gets three year's probation, pays back the eleven large (restitution, not a fine), and if she's a good little girl, at the end of the three years, everything will be fully expunged from her records.
