I think you may be right in your seeing. Although, I heard where the Trumpinator jumped OPEC's asses over price manipulation via production control.
The Trumpster was not pleased with the manipulation and made his displeasure known as only he can. Usually this is not good for the ones earning the ire of the Trumpzilla. He threatened them with a Trump-a-thump-a-thon.
So price may get marked down.
