Went to have blood drawn. Oriental lady was pulling blood. She hadn't been here very long. Still had strong accent. Could barely understand her it was so bad...she hadn't been here long. Somehow we got to talking sports. She showed me all her Predators (hockey team here) paraphernalia.

Told here I was a college football kinda guy. Then I mentioned something about the Titans...pro football team here.

Wow...she went off on the kneeling thing. She wanted no part of pro football because of that. She took particular affront to them disrespecting the American flag. The flag she said she worked so hard to come over here and live under in the best country the world has ever seen.

She went off! Showed more pride for this country than a lot of people from here show. I guess, coming from some place that is "less than" gives one a greater appreciation for what America is.

It was inspiring. I'd take people like her over most dumbocraps that I know who seem to hate everything about this place.
