The ubiquitous "hurricane standers on the beach or very windy area reporters" are out in force.

Ima tellin ya, if I had a time machine, I'd go back and find the first ever reporter to stand on a beach in hurricane force winds...tie a sandwich board on them with the words "don't try this at home" and throw them in the surf to be carried out to the sharks, for feed. I would do this in an effort to keep all the "reporters" who followed from doing the same thing. It has become a cliche.

Inevitably they get out there, barely able to stand because the wind is clocking +70mph..."it's really, really windy out here."
