If this economy doesn't turn, and it cannot with this vector, the Pubs goose is cooked for 2020.

The only way to get more time to try to turn it around is a "helicopter drop" of cash to those who will spend it today. Perfect Dem platform for 2020. That'll get the vote out for sure.

And, the poor don't need a tax credit because they are not required to file with their low incomes.

and, it isn't "My hard-earned tax money" that funds the US spending, it's printing the cash. Your taxes aren't squat but glad somebody feels they have some extra power by forking it over.

There is only a finite amount of wealth at any one time and if one person/entity is garnering a large amount, naturally many will be made poorer. The scales must balance.
