Besides always being a great little city it's a hub, geographically.

The biggest circle is 10 hour drive time. That encompasses a lot of major cities.

We have relatively low taxes, although I imagine the ingrates moving in will change that with their liberal vote.

We have a lot of major industry here.

The weather is temperate, except for the summer when hell bubbles up from somewhere. 🤣
