As a lifelong hunter, the environment is extremely important to me. I ain't a climate change believer ... In these parts, we still have spring, summer, fall, and winter ... Pretty much the same throughout recorded history. But, preserving what nature has given us ... that's important to me.

Even in the depths of winter, and it gets rather brisk along Lake Erie,, I still carry out all organic waste to a compost area. We even keep all paper, to be shredded later and used for mulch .... as it's a natural way of recycling and good for the land.

So, every time that I kill some critter ... I've already made penance. And, I do like killing critters.
