You've been self-employed the majority of your life, if I've read many of your comments correctly. If you wanted a pension, HR-10, IRA, et al. FULLY funded by you. If you wanted health insurance, YOU paid for it. Of course, those were deductible expenses .. BUT ... .YOU paid for and funded. A sucking-at-the-taxpayer-teat employee, in most municipal situations ... gets it FREE! Under obimbo-care ... If you provided your family, your employees, and employee's families, with the same level of health insurance to poeleese, skeeyool teachers, fire truck drivers, etc., not only did you FULLY pay for that ... but you had to pay a "Cadillac Plan" penalty of 40% .... to the GOVERNMENT, but sucking-at-the-taxpayer teat employees get Cadillac Plans for FREE!

Toss in sick days, family leave days, personal days, paid vacations ... AND don't forget about BONUSES! There was a time that a bonus was private sector only .. But, now sucking-at-the-taxpayer's teat employees get more, and HIGHER bonuses, on average, than are paid to private sector employees.

Just comparing wages .... doesn't even touch what sucking-at-the-taxpayer's-teat employees receive.
