The definition of a "mass shooting" .... When four, or more, individuals are shot .... Gang related activity and those shot, in the commission of another crime (eg: bank robbery where people are shot) do NOT fall into the statistics of "mass shootings". Rather, just everyday wanton blasting away.

Even the New York Times reports that OVER 75% of ALL mass shootings are committed by those of African descent.

Federal stats place the number in excess of 80%.

But, they want to take YOUR firearms ....

Then with Trump's "Criminal Justice Reform", catch and release the murderers ... as long as they're melanin enhanced.
