Thoroughly cook aqll of your Ground Beef...No Rare!

We have been raising and selling our Beef Direct from the farm...We send it to a USDA Inspected Plant that is smnall and does one anumal at a time. No Huge Batch mixing or mixing in of dated product. WE have never had an incident and the plant we use has never had a recall....All that being said. WE THOROUGHLY COOK ALL GROUND BEFF....
