Thank you.

I spent much of my working career building weapons of war. Every July 4, I reflect - have things improved?? I think they slowly have. It appears N. Korea has tempered a bit recently and today Iran seems to be trying to paint a better picture. I hope they have finally gotten the message. The rest of the bad actors, in my view, are "down in the noise" and will quickly straighten up.

Maybe in our lifetime, we will see the end to the insanity. The document you remind us of, I think, is responsible for making it all happen.
