Glad to hear you aint jumpin. Ya'lls conversation was sounding pretty desperate though. haha

I hear ya on the debt...that's one nasty bear and the pols just keep on spending and we keep sending pols up there who just keep on spending...both sides!

Pretty interesting how people view the stock market as a safe play...I guess they forget about the down moves. I ask friends about their asset allocations but only when they bring it up. I never offer up advise. I agree with SB on that...that's a slippery slope. Back on '08 I had one friend who shifted to bonds when that happened...then back again to equities...just lately he caught back up to where he was. Another friend stayed put and said I'm buying more...this chit is cheap. He made out petty good. I suppose a lot depends on time of retirement...if your retiring soon...out may be the answer. If you're thirty, maybe you ride it out.
