I back-up all my info on an external hard drive called "Click Free".
Just plug it in, it loads it's own program, Backs up my data, then I unplug it and it's done.
Remember Trades? He's the one that told me about it.

Passwords. I carry them in my pocket on a Cruzer flash drive. Protected on a program call Keypass.
